IJA’s accountability is embedded in its legal structure with the Shareholders Assembly (SA) at the apex; and the Board of Directors (BOD), which is answerable to the SA and appoints the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO is accountable to the BOD.  The current organizational structure of IJA has also Deputy CEOs for property development (PD) and Human Resources Management and a Chief Officer for Finance.
